| although I swore off xanga, I just took a rather difficult final and am staying at the union to study, but am in great need of a break! I'm done with math forever--and sorry to disappoint you math/engineering people, but I'm SO glad to be done. It's not my best subject.
I leave in 5 weeks. I cannot begin to express how weird of a feeling it is. I kinda don't believe that I'm actually leaving. This hasn't been the best year of my life... but these past two or three months it has definitely picked up. This was largely due to the fact that I had friends again this semester :) Yes I know this sounds strange, but the people that I usually hung out with basically all moved away at the end of the summer or were really busy this year. Last semester I was stoked to just be getting out of akron, but it has actually become somewhat bittersweet.
Lizzy came home this weekend and BC's coming home tomorrow--AND we get to go see whit in a little bit! I love the best friends a lot and am excited to get to hang out with them this summer. Although it's gonna be pretty boring due to the whole packing/moving stress of my life :)
ok, well I should really start my biochem/cell phys studying. I just needed to waste some time!
| I'm leaving xanga. My account will still be here so I can keep up with some of you, but no more entries for me! I'm starting a blogspot in preparation for my trip to India. This is where I'll be writing about my trip prep, prayer needs and keeping everyone in the US updated when I head to India mid-June.

| I heard the bells on Christmas Day Their old, familiar carols play, And wild and sweet The words repeat Of peace on earth, good-will to men!
And thought how, as the day had come, The belfries of all Christendom Had rolled along The unbroken song Of peace on earth, good-will to men!
Till, ringing, singing on its way The world revolved from night to day, A voice, a chime, A chant sublime Of peace on earth, good-will to men!
Then from each black, accursed mouth The cannon thundered in the South, And with the sound The Carols drowned Of peace on earth, good-will to men!
And in despair I bowed my head; ‘There is no peace on earth,’ I said; ‘For hate is strong, And mocks the song Of peace on earth, good-will to men!’
Then pealed the bells more loud and deep: ‘God is not dead; nor doth he sleep! The Wrong shall fail, The Right prevail, With peace on earth, good-will to men!’
